• Explore Leith: Our journey begins in the historic Leith, where you'll be greeted by your knowledgeable guide for a 45mn walking tour. Off the beaten path, Leith is a treasure trove of history, culture, and modern charm. Explore the alleyways of this dynamic neighbourhood that has thrived alongside Edinburgh since the Middle Ages as your guide shares fascinating stories of the area's maritime past and its transformation into a trendy, artistic hub, which thrives thanks to the spirits industry. During your tour, try some local snacks to whet your appetite!

• Leith Distillery Tour: After soaking in the local atmosphere, we'll head to the Leith Distillery to discover how whisky is crafted. Less than 10 years old, the Leith distillery is one of the newest Scottish distilleries (and the tallest in Scotland!). You’ll be able to discover how a distillery is created from scratch and learn the full process behind the creation of the “Uisge Beatha” (whisky in Scots Gaelic). Admire the beautiful stills and blending room as part of a full behind the scenes experience.

• Bottling your own whisky: As part of the tour, bottle your own 10ml bottle of New Make whisky to bring home.

• Tasting Flight: The highlight of your experience awaits as you settle into the Leith distillery tasting room. Indulge in a carefully curated flight of four key drinks: a New Make whisky (whisky before it has been matured in a cask), a port and a sherry to better understand how a cask that had these alcohols in them can influence the final taste of a whisky, and a final, light table whisky with flavour profiles crafted to be enjoyed as part of a meal.
