After our delicious food tour of Edinburgh, become a chef yourself! Learn to make your own fudge. Step into a world of sweetness and creativity with a Fudge Making Class! The art of confectionery will become an immersive experience where you’ll turn simple ingredients into delectable, melt in your mouth treats.
Workshop Highlights:

Introduction to Fudge Making: Begin your culinary adventure with an introduction to the history and science behind fudge. Discover the origin of this classic confection and how simple ingredients undergo a magical transformation.

Hands-On Experience: Get your hands into the mix as you learn the step-by-step process of crafting fudge from scratch. From selecting the finest ingredients to mastering the art of stirring and pouring, every participant becomes a confectionery maestro.

Tasting and Sharing: Throughout the class, try your freshly made fudge.

Take-Home Treats: As the class concludes, take pride in your handcrafted fudge creations. Package them carefully and bring home a box of sweet memories and delightful treats to share with friends and family.
Whether you're a seasoned home chef or a complete novice, our Fudge Making Class promises a delightful experience that combines creativity, and the pure joy of indulgence.
Please bear in mind that the workshop lasts between 1h and 1h30.

Price for both the delicious 4h food tour and the fudge workshop:

2 participants: £191 each

The fudge workshop can be done as a stand-alone. Price for just the fudge workshop (without the food tour): £145 for 2 then £45 per additional participant

Fish & chips, burger, or mac & cheese at our first stop / Tell us what you would like to replace. Please let us know at least 4 days in advance - change not possible the day of the tour.

All alcoholic beverages will of course be replaced by hot chocolate or soda.

For children aged between 13 and 17 / if they don't want to try Scottish cuisine, we can offer a special menu on request. No discount applicable. We can replace :

Cullen skink with mac & cheese (pasta with cheese)

Haggis (stuffed sheep's stomach) with the soup of the day or a combo of French fries & onion rings

Cranachan (dessert of red fruit coulis, cream and a dash of whisky) with sticky toffee pudding (caramel cake with vanilla ice cream)

9+ / note that children under 9 will not be allowed in the fudge making area
Fitness Requirements
We always try to adapt to you and we can of course have breaks during your walking tour.
If you can comfortably walk less than 4 to 5km, you will not struggle.
Wheelchair & stroller accessibility: The tour is not wheelchair accessible
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation with full refund until 7 days before the start of the tour. Non refundable afterwards.
